Landscape Model

A4 Landscape Model:

  • The slot for the mail lies on the long side of an A4 size sheet (slot size in mailbox 340mm to allow for envelope); therefore allowing the envelope to lay flat along its length

Options:

  • Rear opening: Door at the back, unlocks from the rear with mail inserted from the front.
  • Front opening: Door at front unlocks to remove the mail with mail inserted from the front.
  • Open back: Door at front unlocks to remove mail, this door has no slot, the mail is inserted through the open back, this type can only be used in security closed mailrooms
  • Weather Hood: Aluminium weather shield which is designed to deflect water away from the mail slot.
  • Framing: Aluminium angled trim, cornice shaped, designed to enhance the overall look and continuity between the mail box and its surrounding wall.
  • Parcel trays: Usually an open box without a door for community newpapers and other generic mail.
  • Mailbox colours:
    Mailboxes are available in anodised silver, and over 100 powder-coated colours,

Advantages:

  • Fits in a double brick fence/wall (230 mm) and cavity walls with an exclusive cornice angle trim to make an ideal fit.

  • 1 bricks in depth (350mm) or if wall space is short more boxes can be fitted in a given space; for example, approximately 5 portrait boxes will fit in the same area as 4 landscape boxes therefore larger numbers of boxes will fit in a smaller wall length
  • suited to situations where there is a confined depth space for installation
  • their strong outside casing make them suitable as freestanding units
